Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Operations Specialist to support the strategic and operational functions of our Legal Department. The role is ideal for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, law firm administration, or corporate legal support, with a strong preference for experience in contract administration and/or working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Contract Management Systems (CMS).

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Counsel, the Legal Operations Specialist will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, overseeing legal budgets and spend, implementing best practices, and supporting the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle—including intake, coordination, execution, tracking, and maintenance within a CLM or CMS. This role will also support the Legal Department’s broader strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to learn new software to support the operations of the legal department.
  • Self‑motivated, independently able to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in legal operations.
Pay Range

$94,000 - $139,000.
