CGS is seeking a dedicated worker with exceptional experience in the eDiscovery space to support a large federal agency. In this position, you will be providing full‑time IT legal support services using various programs. As an expert programmer, you will be independently developing, modifying, and maintaining complex programs to support litigation environment applications, such as litigation support databases, associated management systems, and analytical systems.

- Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
- Translate program requirements into code.
- Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with specifications.
- Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
- Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces; implement standardized reports; create and generate specialized and ad hoc reports as required.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Has substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the systems environment being used.
- At least two years of directly applicable experience.
- At least three years of overall programming experience, including large‑scale database management systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred—preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
- Broad knowledge of the government’s IT environments, including office automation networks, PC and server‑based databases and applications.
- Supervisory or team‑leader experience.
- Experience in automated litigation support.

Salary: $144,768 – $ per year
