Overview
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide support for hardware, software, and system issues
- Troubleshoot Windows, O365, Teams, and Active Directory
- Perform hardware setup, break/fix support, and device moves
- Manage and update tickets with clear documentation and timely resolution
- Provide onsite and remote user support
- Assist with A/V and web conferencing tools
- 4+ years of corporate IT support experience
- Experience with O365, Teams, Active Directory, and Windows 10
- Experience working in a ticketing system
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
