**** JOB DESCRIPTION**- Develop the governance, design, implementation, and maintenance of all service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions.

- Answer questions related to SOA solutions and address non-standard issues.

- Handle data exchange for complex applications and systems.

- Collaborate with departmental Information
- Technology (IT) leaders, software staff, subject matter experts, vendors, selected public-sector agencies, and others to create and manage an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).

- Reduce complexities associated with data sharing among disparate systems, simplify data access, improve and standardize processes, distribute departmental data across the enterprise more efficiently and effectively, and help plan and initiate the replacement of legacy systems.
