Position: Technical Writer I
About the Role:

The Technical Writer will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and publishing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation that supports Revenova's products and platforms. This position requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, Product teams, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date.

A key outcome of this role is contributing to the continued growth and improvement of Revenova's Doc
360 platform while enhancing knowledge sharing and overall user experience through well-structured technical content and documentation processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Confluence
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using documentation and visual tools such as Snagit, Adobe products, or Visio
• Familiarity with Git Hub, Jira, and Postman
• Basic understanding of JSON/XML
• Prior experience working with software development or product teams
• Experience contributing to knowledge base or documentation platforms

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development, maintenance, and publication of technical documentation and knowledge base content
• Collaborate with developers, Product teams, and QA teams to gather and understand technical concepts and product functionality
• Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for internal and external audiences
• Contribute to the continued development and organization of Revenova's Doc
  360 platform
• Maintain documentation standards, consistency, and usability across platforms
• Create and manage supporting visual documentation elements such as screenshots, workflows, and diagrams when needed
• Ensure documentation remains current, organized, and aligned with product updates and enhancements
