Salary Range: $180K-$200K/Annum

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented LSS Hunter to lead new business development initiatives within the Life Sciences Services domain while also managing and growing select strategic existing accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong hunter mindset, deep industry relationships, and experience selling IT/digital engineering/services solutions to Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, and Medical Devices clients.
  • This role will focus on identifying and acquiring new logos, expanding wallet share within assigned accounts, and building executive-level relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new logo acquisition across Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline generation, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic relationships while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop executive relationships with CXOs, business leaders, procurement teams, and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to craft industry-specific transformation solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Drive opportunities across Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, ERP, Engineering, and Managed Services offerings.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Life Sciences industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting sales with strong exposure to Life Sciences Services (LSS).
  • Proven track record of hunting and winning new business within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare clients.
  • Experience managing existing enterprise relationships alongside new business development responsibilities.
  • Strong network within Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in selling large-scale digital transformation and IT services engagements.
  • Strong understanding of industry challenges including compliance, modernization, data, customer experience, and operational transformation.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore/onshore engagement models is preferred.
