Position: Senior Partnership Alliances Manager (ServiceNow)

West Monroe is seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Alliances Manager (Service Now) to lead and scale our strategic partnership with Service Now. This role is accountable for driving joint go-to-market execution, solution development, and revenue growth, aligned to the Service Now ecosystem and the Now Platform.

You will serve on our Service Now Partnership team, working closely with our Service Now Partner Leader, as the primary operational owner for Service Now, responsible for activating the partnership across sales, marketing, and West Monroe's partner value metrics to Service Now. The role requires strong Service Now relationships, understanding of Service Now's operating model, including co-sell motions, partner programs, industry solutions, and scorecard management.

Your objective is to expand West Monroe's Service Now footprint by driving measurable pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, maturing West Monroe's standing in partner value metrics with Service Now, and assisting in the differentiation of our offerings on the platform.

To fuel accelerated growth and outcomes, West Monroe encourages innovation through its alliance ecosystem. In this role, you will strengthen relationships within Service Now, align to their strategic initiatives (for example: workflow transformation, AI-enabled automation, and industry solutions), and operationalize joint priorities across our Lines of Business. You will also lead performance tracking against alliance KPIs and provide regular insights to firm leadership.
Technology & Experience

As part of our Tech Ex business unit, this role acts as a catalyst for translating alliance strategy and resources into tangible revenue outcomes. You will embed Service Now into West Monroe's go-to-market motions, ensuring alignment across field sales, marketing, and alliances organizations.

Within this team, the Service Now PAM plays a critical role in:
  • Defining how we take Service Now-enabled solutions to market
  • Activating joint sales motions with Service Now account teams
  • Identifying whitespace opportunities across industries and accounts
  • Driving consistency in messaging, value proposition, and delivery approach
The mission is to ensure West Monroe remains a relevant, differentiated, and high-performing Service Now partner by aligning to market demand, innovation priorities, and client needs.
Responsibilities

Service Now Partnership Operations
  • Contribute to and execute West Monroe's alliance strategy for Service Now, aligned to West Monroe growth priorities and Service Now partner objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships across Service Now (partner management, sales, product, and industry leaders)
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for all Service Now-related activities within the firm
Performance Management
  • Track and report on key alliance metrics including deal registration, pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status, and customer outcomes
  • Monitor partner scorecards and ensure compliance with Service Now program requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
Revenue Growth and Co-Sell Execution
  • Drive joint pipeline development through account mapping, co-sell motions, and aligned sales planning with Service Now field teams
  • Partner with West Monroe Business Developers and Consulting Leaders to influence and support in-market pursuits
  • Establish and maintain disciplined governance around pipeline tracking, attribution, and conversion
Solution and Offering Development
  • Collaborate with broader Service Now team at West Monroe and delivery teams to build, refine, and scale Service Now-based offerings
  • Establish connections enabling West Monroe to create industry-specific and workflow-led solutions aligned to Service Now priorities (for example: CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, and AI-enabled workflows)
  • Support creation of accelerators, assets, and reusable IP that differentiate West Monroe in the Service Now ecosystem
Marketing and Ecosystem Activation
  • Activate joint marketing initiatives with Service Now, including campaigns, events, field enablement/account-mapping, and thought leadership
  • Increase brand visibility within the Service Now ecosystem and marketplace
  • Ensure alignment with Service Now partner programs, competencies, and specialization requirements
Internal Enablement
  • Facilitate resources to enable sales, account, and delivery teams on Service Now capabilities, positioning, and GTM plays
  • Promote adoption of Service Now-centric solutions across Lines of Business
  • Align incentives and behaviors to support partnership growth
Market Intelligence and Innovation
  • Stay current on Service Now product roadmap, platform innovations (including AI and automation), and competitive landscape
  • Identify opportunities to expand West Monroe's role within the Service Now ecosystem
  • Recommend new partnership motions, investments, and growth strategies
Qualifications
