Product Onwer​/Business Analyst

Role:

Supports the delivery team with requirements and acts as liaison between executives, stakeholders and delivery team. I especially want someone who has a lot of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Works with stakeholders to align on intakes, priorities, requirements and Customer needs

• Works with stakeholders on Epic breakdown

• Translates the initiatives, Epics, Priorities and requirements to get them ready for User Story breakdown

• Aligns with stakeholders and communicates with Product Owner on timelines and Quarterly delivery schedule

• Works on the "WHAT" is required

• Involves Technical teams for Design and Architecture estimates

• Writing User stories that meet definition of Ready

• Define clear acceptance criteria and accept stories

• Constantly update Delivery team with any change in requirement and Change Management / Deployment

• Create and Prioritize Team backlog

• Required and Active Participant in backlog grooming / refinement sessions and all other Sprint ceremonies

• Must have hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence

• Subscription Management experience is a huge plus

• Retail experience is strongly desired

• Must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable interacting with senior leadership
