We're looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst to join a Population Health - Provider Connectivity team. This role involves aligning technology with business strategy, analyzing healthcare data, and delivering impactful insights.
What We're Looking For:
Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SAS, Teradata)
Data analytics & cleansing experience
Familiarity with HEDIS, HIX, EMR/EHR data (not required but a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to translate technical findings for all audiences
Strong collaboration & troubleshooting skills
