We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Product Management team within Marketing, supporting the design and optimization of our public-facing website and digital marketing experiences. In this role, you will focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing experiences for external audiences, with an emphasis on content clarity, conversion, SEO-informed design, and scalable delivery.
You will partner closely with Technology, Web Experience Management, Digital Strategy and Creative teams to translate business goals, user needs, brand standards, and platform capabilities into effective digital journeys. This role is ideal for a designer who understands how UX, brand expression, marketing performance, and product delivery intersect in a complex, enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating public-facing, marketing, or content-rich website experience
- Proven ability to design for content hierarchy, navigation systems, and conversion flows
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working in a product-led, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated experience applying accessibility standards and ADA requirements (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) in web/digital product design
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Design user-centered experiences for public-facing website pages, templates, and conversion flows
- Create user journeys, site flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that support content discovery and decision-making
- Define and refine content hierarchy, navigation, and page structure to improve clarity, usability, and SEO performance
- Produce development-ready designs that balance brand expression, usability, performance, and platform constraints
- Design experiences that support engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals
- Partner with Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Analytics teams to incorporate performance data and user behavior insights into design decisions
- Iterate designs to improve scannability, clarity, accessibility, and calls to action
- Apply UX best practices that support discoverability, trust, and confidence for site visitors
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and design validation for external audiences
- Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative insights into actionable design improvements
- Apply user-centered design principles to reduce friction across key public-facing journeys
- Work closely with Product Managers to align designs to product goals, roadmaps, and prioritization
- Partner with Technology and Web Experience Management teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented as intended
- Collaborate with Content, SEO, Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Creative partners to deliver cohesive experiences
- Partner with Creative team to ensure designs align with brand standards, visual identity, and design system guidelines
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions, design critiques, and delivery reviews
- Apply established design system standards, brand guidelines, and UX best practices
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and ADA compliance expectations; partner on accessibility reviews/testing and remediation
- Advocate for usability, clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency across all public-facing digital experiences
- Join a Digital Product Management team within Marketing, shaping how the organization shows up publicly
- Work on high-visibility, public-facing digital experiences used by a broad external audience
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Web Experience Management, Digital Strategy, and Creative teams
- Make a measurable impact on engagement, usability, accessibility, conversion, and brand consistency
- Experience designing enterprise or regulated-industry websites (e.g., financial services)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how UX supports discoverability and performance
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Working knowledge of CMS-driven, template-based websites
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
