The Strategy Consulting Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects, identify, prioritize and select strategic initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

* Collaborate effectively with enterprise strategy team members and leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects, identify, prioritize and select strategic initiatives.

* May be responsible for managing mid-level projects that cross multiple business units while problem-solving difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions.

* Performs advanced analyses with short and long-term views; interprets research and intelligence to identify growth opportunities and provides recommendations to senior management.

* Demonstrates thought leadership, team engagement, and an ability to execute on strategy.

* Engagement/project oversight, establishing and reporting on key metrics and measurements, providing general status updates and identifying innovation opportunities.

* Facilitates large cross-functional working sessions and meetings to align strategy and plan while providing Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.

* Works with business partners to tackle complex challenges through advanced analytics, model development, and visualization. Uses coding and analytical tools to design solutions while also translating results into insights and recommendations for decision-makers.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

* Healthcare experience preferred

* Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred

* Experience with programming in R, Python, or other language preferred

* Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred.

* Preferred experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistical concepts

* Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present analytical data to all levels of management preferred.

* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills preferred.

* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred.

* Ability to travel may be required.

* range for this specific position is $ 107,800 to $176,400
