Job Title: Lead Adobe Target Developer/Strategist
Location: 100%
REMOTE
Length: 6 months - CTH

We are seeking a Lead Adobe Target Strategist to lead A/B testing and personalization efforts for multiple clients
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategy and technical expertise, with strong experience in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
.
- 24 hours per week immediately - start as soon as possible
- Increase to 30 hours per week mid-August
- Increase to 40 hours per week beginning of September
- The increase could happen faster
- There will not be a decrease
- Lead A/B and personalization testing using Adobe Target
- Develop and manage roadmaps for experimentation and personalization
- Collaborate with product owners to generate and refine test ideas based on data and business objectives
- Translate test ideas into actionable technical solutions by understanding and manipulating the website's codebase
- Implement test use cases directly within Adobe Target, including debugging and issue resolution
- Partner closely with front-end developers, providing guidance and technical solutions to implementation challenges
- Use Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to pull data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights
- Lead the analytics function from a technical perspective: troubleshooting, debugging, and mentoring junior team members
- Act as the client-facing lead for A/B testing and CRO strategy, working with marketing, development, and stakeholder teams
