What You'll Do

You are a seasoned eDiscovery leader ready to shape the future of legal document review at the intersection of litigation strategy and artificial intelligence. You bring deep experience managing complex reviews, investigations, and productions, and you're looking for a platform to apply that expertise at scale while building and advancing AI-enabled workflows across one of the world's most sophisticated litigation practices.

Impact. Sitting within the firm's Innovation Program, you will report to the Director of Legal Practice Technology ("LPT") and serve as a senior leader responsible for directing, supporting, and participating in a team of advisors, project managers, and data science specialists. Your mandate is to define and execute workflows focused on the thoughtful analysis and production of client documents, while aiding attorneys in fact development across the full lifecycle of litigations, internal investigations, regulatory responses, and other complex legal matters.

You will actively contribute to broader firm innovation initiatives by bringing operational perspective to emerging technology adoption and the evolution of firm-wide capabilities and services.

Design & Execution of Review Workflows and Analytics. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and advance strategies for embedding AI and analytics into standardized review, validation, and production workflows. In partnership with a team of legal process engineers, you will define and build key workflows that connect common discovery tasks with adjacent work streams including early fact investigation, deposition preparation, expert report analysis, and other fact development projects.

You will with leadership to ensure these workflows are forward-looking, evaluating emerging technologies and enhancements, assessing their applicability to service delivery needs, and providing recommendations on adoption and implementation.

Client-Matter Advisory. You will dedicate over 50% of your time to direct client-matter engagement, serving as a trusted advisor embedded within case teams. You will develop and maintain substantive case knowledge to deliver continuous, high-value consulting and inform optimal workflow design and implementation. You will champion the integration of firm best practices across review workflows, team collaboration, and matter documentation to reinforce defensibility and consistency.

Team Building & Growth. You will join a leadership team dedicated to modeling and fostering a culture of open, constructive communication and collaboration, transforming individual expertise into team knowledge and department-wide success. You will play an active role in building and strengthening team capabilities with a particular focus on accelerating maturity in analytics and GenAI-enabled review practices, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of these tools to improve individual proficiency and overall delivery effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

* Juris Doctorate required.

* 15+ years delivering consultative eDiscovery services with a career built around managing complex reviews including investigations, document review, production, and privilege workflows across sophisticated matters.

* Demonstrated experience designing, iterating, and validating GenAI-assisted document review workflows, with hands-on proficiency with LLM-based review tools, the ability to develop and refine model prompts, apply statistical validation techniques (recall, precision, and elusion testing), and produce defensible AI methodology documentation suitable for disclosure to opposing counsel or regulators.

* A working understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of litigations and investigations, including familiarity with tasks attorneys undertake at each phase - such as preparing for depositions and witness interviews, analyzing expert reports, supporting brief drafting, and other fact-intensive work streams - sufficient to identify…
