Job Description: We are seeking a Service Now Developer with experience in designing, developing, and supporting Service Now applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Service Now modules, scripting, integrations, and ITSM processes.
Required Skills:
- Service Now Development and Administration.
- ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB experience.
- JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Service Now APIs.
- Workflow and catalog development.
- REST/SOAP integrations.
- Service Portal and UI customization.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Service Now applications and workflows.
- Configure forms, catalogs, business rules, and UI policies.
- Integrate Service Now with third-party applications.
- Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Perform testing, deployments, and production support.
- Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
