Lead Software Engineer

Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead/Architect)

Looking for 2 Full Stack Developers with very similar skills

• One role is senior– needs someone who can help lead the team while also contributing to application architecture and design
• Mid-level role: 5+ years experience
• Senior role: 8+ years experience

• Building an internal app for the Finance team to evaluate feasibility for opening new properties globally
• App will include logistics data, KPIs, metrics, and financial analysis tools
• Vendor is currently implementing the application

• Snowflake / Snowpark Container Services (SPCS)
• Docker
• Python
• React (frontend)
• Node.js
• AWS
• Building microservices for business logic and pulling data from Snowflake

• Snowflake Container Services is still relatively new technology
• If candidates claim 2-3+ years specifically with Snowflake Container Services, manager may question accuracy since it is newer in market
• Candidates do not need direct Snowflake Container Services experience if they have closely related/containerized Snowflake experience
• Hospitality industry background is a plus, but Snowflake experience is more important overall

• Preference is hybrid in Chicago (3 days onsite)
• Manager wants to focus on local Chicago candidates first before opening to remote

• 2 rounds, possibly 3 max
• Third round would be with manager
• First two rounds are heavily technical
• Candidates may be asked to write code live
• Manager specifically does not want blurred Zoom backgrounds during interviews

• Very strong likelihood of extension beyond initial contract term
