Enterprise Architect – Full‑Time, Senior‑Level – Information Technology

CGS seeks an experienced senior‑level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the I.T. business mission of a large‑scale government enterprise’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
• Understand and integrate the organization’s technologies, providing a holistic view of the enterprise from multiple perspectives.
• Apply knowledge of EA frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF) to guide system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors.
• Apply ITIL, PMI, Agile, ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, CMMI, Six Sigma, and other process frameworks.
• Provide technical engineering practice recommendations, advice, and enhancements for integration engagements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large‑scale government or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of EA frameworks such as Zachman and TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies:
  Windows desktop and server platforms, SQL Server, VMware, SAN storage, cloud services, and network communications.
• Experience with project management and configuration/change controls.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, and other relevant credentials are desirable.
