About the Role

We are part of the Demo Tech organization in the Solutions Center of Excellence (SE CoE). The mission is to build, deliver, and support demonstration environments for our solution engineers (SEs). As a Senior Product Manager for Agentforce Demos, you will develop and support deployable Agentforce assets at scale across all SCoE environments, working closely with Product, SEs, and Leadership to showcase our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision &

    Roadmap:

    Lead roadmap development for Agentforce demos, creating aligned Three‑Release plans and transforming strategic direction into actionable plans that reflect Salesforce's latest AI innovation across industries and sales motions. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the global demo strategy and incorporate customer feedback and market trends.
  • Solution Design, Architecture & Development: Architect, develop, and implement new Agentforce features into deployable assets using the Next Gen framework. Manage data seeding, dependencies, and quality standards while delivering reliable demo assets from design through tested deployment, matching the pace of Salesforce product releases.
  • Technical Guidance and Support: Monitor and respond to demo‑related questions across Slack channels, troubleshoot environment issues, collaborate with technical teams, and log tickets in GUS. Provide consistent communication with workarounds for high‑priority bugs or updates.
  • Documentation, Enablement & Communication: Create and maintain scalable demo guides (click paths, talk tracks, screenshots) and setup steps for high‑priority use cases. Own the Bill of Materials for Agentforce across industries and deliver enablement videos for each release to support major improvements.
Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience administering and managing high‑quality Salesforce environments using modern frameworks and the Lightning Platform, with deep expertise in AI‑driven technologies like Agentforce. Proficient in system integration, data modeling, and migration, and experienced in developing, architecting, and deploying custom solutions on the platform. Valid Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Consultant).
  • Communication & Influence: Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to synthesize complex technical and strategic concepts for diverse audiences, including leadership, SEs, and product teams.
  • Execution &

    Collaboration:

    Minimum 7 years of work experience, Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences preferred. Strong cross‑functional leadership and excellent project/time‑management skills, capable of supporting multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strategic Contributor: Lifelong learner, inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology. Ability to translate long‑term strategy into near‑term execution and identify industry trends.
