Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Service Now platform, strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge, and experience driving scalable digital workflow transformations.

- Define and maintain the overall Service Now platform architecture and roadmap.
- Lead implementation and enhancement of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and custom applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Architect integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Establish platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to developers and administrators.
- Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, security compliance, and technical debt reduction.
- Support CMDB strategy, Discovery implementation, and data governance initiatives.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and project planning activities.
- Service Now platform experience.
- Experience as a Service Now Architect or Lead Service Now Consultant.
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with Service Now upgrades, domain separation, and platform governance.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Service Now CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
