What You Will Do
As a Marketing Technology & Data Specialist on the Google Analytics / Digital Intelligence team, you will play a key role in helping business partners turn web data into meaningful insights. You will support the adoption of Google Analytics by creating documentation, playbooks, and communication resources, while enabling teams to connect digital behavior data with broader Caterpillar datasets for deeper analysis and decision‑making.

Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges. - Vendor/Supplier Management:
Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers). - Digital Marketing:
Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Digital Analytics, Business Analytics or related degree (selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field (internships or academic projects are a plus).
- Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/4.0 (no rounding).
- Experience using SQL to analyze data in Big Query or Snowflake, turning complex datasets into actionable marketing insights and supporting campaign reporting using Google Analytics data.
Ideal for those building foundational skills in data, generally within the first 24 months of their career.
This PositionThis position is in Chicago or Peoria, Illinois. Basic relocation may be available, depending on relocation qualifications. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
Pay RangeSummary Pay Range: $81,370.00 - $. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
