- Hourly Rate: $45 - $50 per hour
The Manager, Digital Communications, will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and measuring digital communications for Client Benefits and its brands. This role will primarily support the development and execution of all corporate websites and related projects for Benefits, Workplace Solutions, Combined US, and Combined Canada, reporting to the Director, Digital Communications.
This position is charged with creating, executing, and optimizing varied web properties and other digital communications initiatives that support the organization's business goals.
Responsibilities- Create, maintain, measure, and optimize websites for Client Benefits, including regular content review, updates, new pages, and functionality to ensure positive ROI.
- Lead projects related to client Benefits websites, including scoping, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure functionality, accessibility, and compliance/legal approval of all digital assets through continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Manage IT, developer, and platform team resources to remediate broken links, functionality issues, and outages.
- Consult with Marketing colleagues and business owners to optimize digital platforms and deploy new solutions.
- Produce regular measurement reports with analysis and data-based improvement recommendations.
- Contribute strategic, creative, SEO, and UX ideas, assist with omnichannel campaigns, and advise on emerging digital technology.
- 5-7 years of related experience in website management, digital communications, and/or UX strategy development.
- Proficiency in web page authoring, CMS ownership (AEM), SEO, Figma, Google Analytics, and report design/management.
- Expertise in digital communications measurement frameworks and translating data into actionable insights.
- Insurance or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field required.
- Digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
