Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
Real Chemistry is a global agency in healthcare communications and marketing. We are looking for a Manager, Beyond Insights (BI) to lead measurement and reporting for pharmaceutical media clients.
Key Responsibilities- Set measurement direction, KPI frameworks, reporting logic, and standardize metrics.
- Maintain consistent definitions and logic, evaluate KPI shifts due to campaign changes.
- Lead structure, sequencing, and efficiency of monthly/quarterly reporting cycles, oversee delivery of decks and dashboards.
- Craft clear narratives linking performance to business objectives; lead Tableau visualization strategies.
- Maintain Notebook
LM environments and ensure effective AI tool use. - Partner with Client Service leads, Media, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams.
- Contribute to agency-wide measurement improvements and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in marketing analytics, digital media measurement, business intelligence or related field.
- Experience managing analysts or leading cross‑functional reporting pods.
- Strong knowledge of digital media KPIs, omnichannel measurement, HCP/DTC media environments.
- Advanced Tableau experience, dashboard QA, visualization, and data storytelling.
- Understanding of KPI standardization, measurement logic, and reporting automation.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication (verbal, written, visual).
- Ability to collaborate across Media, Strategy, Account Service, and Data Engineering.
- Exceptional prioritization and project management.
- Experience with measurement workshops or strategic planning sessions.
- Pharma or healthcare marketing experience.
- Hands‑on Snowflake, SQL, Python or comparable analytics tools.
- Experience maintaining AI/Notebook
LM or knowledge‑management environments. - Familiarity with ETL tools, structured data, and modern BI workflows.
$100,000 - $120,000
