Overview
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with Health Cloud
Engagement: FTE or 3-6 months CTH
Experience: Health Cloud, Service Cloud;
Knowledge of Life Science Cloud; understanding of latest GenAI capabilities and preferably experience with the same; worked on projects in US Pharma and life sciences/healthcare domains;
Salesforce certified.
- Liaison with stakeholders / executive sponsor
- Understand the business requirement and convert it to technical specification which helps the developer to write the code
- Provide necessary detailing to engineering team on requirements
- Should be able to capture nonfunctional requirements
- Understand the technical environment and product architecture so as to convert functional requirement to technical requirement
- Understand the development life cycle of CRM
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Aware of platform-specific design patterns and limits
- Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM
- Familiarity with platform
- Experience with project and development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Life Science Cloud
- Understanding of GenAI capabilities and preferably experience with the same
- Worked on projects in US Pharma and life sciences/healthcare domains
- Salesforce certified
