Chicago, IL (Hybrid) | Up to $350,000 Base + Bonus + Relocation Assistance

One of the world's premier professional services organizations is making a substantial investment in Data, AI, and enterprise technology transformation and is seeking a senior product leader to help build the future.

This is not an incremental product role.

You will help define the product strategy, operating model, and roadmap for a newly established Data & AI organization tasked with transforming how thousands of highly specialized professionals work every day.

You will partner directly with executive leadership, engineering, and senior business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and oversee the development of custom enterprise platforms, workflow automation solutions, and AI-enabled products.

• Building and leading a team of Product Managers
• Establishing product management discipline across the organization
• Driving product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development
• Identifying high-value AI and workflow automation opportunities
• Partnering with engineering to build custom enterprise products
• Influencing executive stakeholders across a sophisticated global organization

• Director, VP, or Senior Director of Product Management
• Proven experience building AI-enabled products from concept to production
• Strong experience leading Product Managers
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, data products, or AI platforms
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management capability
• Track record of building products that deliver measurable business impact

This search is intentionally focused on top-tier candidates with direct AI product build experience.

Compensation: Up to $350,000 base salary plus bonus

Relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate to Chicago.
