Chicago IL 60606 (Hybrid 3 days Onsite) Pay rate : $37/hr on w2 Duration: 06 months 3 MUST HAVE SKILLS – Instructional design, ADDIE, Articulate 360 / Rise proficiency, LMS fluency, Project management / stakeholder management, Data / measurement Top Must-Have Skillsets:
• Instructional design + ADDIE – can build across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, job aids) and make smart modality choices, not just execute
• Articulate 360 / Rise proficiency – the core authoring toolkit
• LMS fluency – experience publishing to and managing content in an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
Project management / stakeholder management – can juggle multiple work streams, manage SMEs, and hit deadlines independently
• Data / measurement – tracks learning metrics, uses feedback loops, can evaluate program effectiveness (Qualtrics or similar) Top Nice-to-Have

Skills:

• Video/animation tools – Vyond, Synthesia, or basic video editing

• Experience with large-scale or cross-functional programs – can work across departments in a complex environment Learning Strategy Instructional Designer We are seeking a Learning Strategy Instructional Designer to join the Global Learning team. In this role, you will create and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with business goals and enhance the learner experience. You will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design scalable programs while ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with project management skills, bringing both creativity and structure to deliver high-quality learning outcomes. Key responsibilities
· Develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids, videos, and performance support materials), evaluating and recommending the most effective modality based on learner needs, business goals, and operational constraints.
· Apply ADDIE and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies to design and develop engaging, learner-centric solutions aligned to business needs
· Manage and execute multiple work streams and project tasks with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
· Lead and support train-the-trainer sessions and instructor-led training as needed
· Use tools such as Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs
· Develop clear, concise communications to support stakeholder alignment and program execution
· Establish, track, and analyze key learning metrics and feedback to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement
· Review, audit, and optimize existing content to improve quality, relevance, and alignment with business priorities and instructional design standards
· Demonstrate agility in managing learning projects by rapidly developing, iterating, and pivoting solutions in response to evolving business priorities, stakeholder feedback, and operational changes. What’s needed to succeed Minimum qualifications
