Job Description:
Those in this position will be part of Gen AI delivery team using Hyperautomation processes and technology to create Gen AI automation solutions for the business areas. Focus will be on accelerating the speed and accuracy with which solutions are delivered with learnings from the latest improvements in Gen AI delivery space. The developers will work as part of Gen AI delivery teams in coordination with Subject Matter Experts within the Crowe Business Units, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Operations leads, and other vendor developers to configure efficient, scalable Gen AI automations.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Hyperautomation Development
Lead the architecture, development, and testing of robust solutions using Power Platform that includes Power Automate (cloud flows), Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI Foundry, Python & related frameworks. - Automation Design & Deployment
Own the configuration, integration, development, and support of automation pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. - Quality Assurance & Production Support
Drive integration, end-to-end business process, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and tune bots in production to meet SLAs. - Process Analysis & Risk Management
Analyze existing workflows, identify hyperautomation opportunities, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies; escalate critical issues proactively. - Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with Business Analyst and design sessions with business analysts, SMEs, and data teams; translate business needs into technical specifications. - Documentation & Training
Author and maintain technical design docs, runbooks, test scripts, SDD and user guides; deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and training for end users and support teams whenever necessary. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of emerging trends in generative AI, Agentic workflows and hyperautomation; pilot new capabilities in Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI Foundry to drive efficiency gains. - Mentoring & Collaboration
Coach and review work of junior associates; promote best practices, coding standards, and a culture of reliable delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate cloud & desktop flows, Power Apps, Power BI). - AI & Copilot Studio: ≥1 year building Copilot Studio agents; foundational knowledge of Azure AI Foundry.
- Web Technologies:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue); familiarity with backend stacks (Node.js, Python). - Data & AI Concepts:
Experience with SQL/No
SQL, data modeling, and core AI patterns (generative AI, NLP, RAG). - Dev Ops & ALM:
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions). - Prior experience in performing QA preferred.
