NISTThreat Hunting Python Compliance MITRE ATT&CK## About this Role Join Flynaut's Cybersecurity division as a Cybersecurity Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in protecting our clients' digital assets and infrastructure. You'll work alongside a team of seasoned security professionals conducting threat assessments, monitoring security events, and responding to incidents across enterprise  this role, you'll be at the frontline of defense, analyzing vulnerability scan results, investigating security alerts from our SIEM platforms, and helping clients implement compliance frameworks including SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

You'll collaborate with our One Protect managed security team to deliver 24/7 protection for Fortune 500 clients.

This position offers exposure to cutting-edge security tools, real-world incident response, and the opportunity to earn industry certifications while working with some of the most challenging security environments in healthcare, financial services, and government sectors.## About the Team The Cybersecurity team at Flynaut is a 120-person strong division operating from our Chicago HQ, Hyderabad SOC, and Dubai regional office. We protect over 200 enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Our team runs a 24/7 Security Operations Center and manages the award-winning One Protect platform.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel) across client environments
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using tools like Nessus, Burp Suite, and Metasploit
* Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document findings in detailed reports
* Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST frameworks
* Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response playbooks
* Collaborate with the One Protect team to deliver managed detection and response (MDR) services
* Perform threat intelligence analysis and proactive threat hunting across client networks
* Participate in tabletop exercises and red team/blue team simulations## Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related field
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
* Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar)
* Knowledge of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and common vulnerability scoring (CVSS)
* Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7)
* Understanding of network protocols, firewall rules, and intrusion detection systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reports## Nice to Have
* CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC certifications
* Experience with cloud security (AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender)
* Familiarity with SOAR platforms and automation scripting (Python)
* Prior experience in a managed security services provider (MSSP) environment
