**** Position Summary
**** Huron’s Data Management and Analytics team is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth through the Microsoft ecosystem within the Manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for generating and closing professional services revenue aligned to Microsoft Applications, Data, and AI solutions.
The role will lead pipeline generation efforts in collaboration with Microsoft field sellers, develop and close complex services engagements, and position Huron as a preferred Microsoft partner for manufacturing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience selling professional services within the Microsoft ecosystem and understands how to leverage co-sell motions, partner programs, and industry-focused solutioning to accelerate growth.### ##
**** Qualifications
* ***** Key Responsibilities
**** Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development
*** Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
* Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities within the commercial sector: + Data platform transformation (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Azure Data Services) + AI enablement (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, ML solutions) + ERP and CRM modernization (Dynamics 365) + Cloud migration and Azure modernization + Related Azure ecosystem partners such as Snowflake and Databricks.
* Conduct joint account planning sessions with Microsoft Account Executives, Industry Sellers, and Partner Development Managers.
* Register and manage co-sell opportunities within Microsoft Partner Center.
** Sales Execution & Deal Leadership
*** Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for professional services engagements.
* Collaborate with Huron solution architects and delivery leaders to scope and position: + Microsoft Applications implementations + Data & AI transformation initiatives + Advisory Services
* Present executive-ready solutions to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and VP-level manufacturing leaders.
* Ensure alignment with Microsoft co-sell processes and program requirements to maximize engagement and visibility.
** Microsoft Channel Engagement
*** Develop trusted relationships with Microsoft: + Account Executives + Industry sellers + Partner Development Managers + Solution Specialists (Applications, Data, AI)
* Participate in Microsoft joint business planning sessions and QBRs.
