Industry Advisor - Retail Media Network

Summary:
This role will provide domain-led advisory support for building and scaling Retail Media Network offerings across strategy, operating model, monetization, ad product roadmap, measurement, partner ecosystem, and client transformation programs. The role will work across sales, consulting, delivery, and alliance teams to shape opportunities, engage senior client stakeholders, define solution direction, and support go-to-market initiatives in retail, commerce media, AdTech, Mar Tech, and data-driven monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Retail Media Network strategy, operating model design, monetization approach, and growth roadmap.
• Support opportunity shaping, solution development, and go-to-market planning across retail and commerce media engagements.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to define business priorities, solution direction, and transformation objectives.
• Contribute to ad product strategy, partner ecosystem evaluation, measurement frameworks, and data-driven monetization initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery, alliances, and cross-functional teams to develop proposals, business cases, and capability assets.
• Provide industry insights, thought leadership, and practical recommendations to support client transformation and business growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 13+ years of experience in retail, digital advertising, Retail Media Network, AdTech, Mar Tech, commerce media, or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in strategy, monetization, ad product development, measurement, client advisory, and partner ecosystem management.
• Strong understanding of RMN operating models, onsite/offsite media, first-party data activation, audience strategy, campaign measurement, attribution, and closed-loop reporting.
• Experience working with retailers, marketplaces, brands, agencies, or technology partners on media, commerce, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, executive presentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary Range: $153,300 - $230,300 a year
