* Job Description:

** We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and drive the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our product portfolio. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be vital in shaping the user experience strategy, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.
* Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
* Develop and iterate on user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
* Conduct usability and A/B testing to validate design solutions and make data-driven improvements.
* Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design best practices.
* Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuously improving design processes and methodologies.
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
* Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Establish and maintain a scalable design system, including defining the token architecture (color, typography, spacing, elevation, and motion tokens) and building a library of reusable components, patterns, and templates for web and mobile applications.
* Craft high-quality visual designs that reflect a strong command of typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and motion — demonstrating a clear point of view on what “good” looks like in modern digital product design.
* Partner with engineering to ensure design tokens are correctly implemented and that the design system is adopted consistently across all product surfaces, maintaining design-to-code fidelity.

* Qualifications:

*** 4-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
* Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Experience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
* Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
* Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
