Role OverviewEnterprise escalation environments are messy.
Signals live across Jira, Git Hub, Salesforce, and Service Now. During incidents, teams manually reconstruct timelines, correlate changes, and defend conclusions under pressure.
Kosmos introduces structure into that chaos.
As a Sales Engineer, you are the technical authority during evaluation and early engagement. You ensure integrations are sound, signal ingestion is trusted, and structured Risk Events are clearly understood.
This is not demo support. This is technical credibility in enterprise environments.
You will:
- Guide read-only integrations across complex stacks
- Validate signal correlation and ingestion integrity
- Translate structured Risk Events into operational impact
- Ensure customers understand the difference between proposed analysis and human-confirmed RCA
You succeed when intelligence feels reliable, defensible, and production-ready.
What You’ll Do- Lead read-only integration setup
- Configure field mapping
- Trigger 90-day historical analysis
- Interpret cross-system correlations
- Present structured Risk Events and confirmed RCAs
- Translate operational intelligence into executive impact
You operate at the intersection of architecture and executive communication.
What We’re Looking For- 4+ years Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- Experience with Jira, Git Hub, Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to explain AI-generated analysis clearly
- Strong executive presence
- Comfort operating in structured trial environments
- Integrations completed cleanly and efficiently
- Signal ingestion validated and trusted
- Structured Risk Events explained clearly
- Clear distinction between Risk Event and confirmed RCA
- Executive buyers understand operational impact by Day 7
- Strong technical credibility during enterprise engagements
