Oracle ORMB Administrator

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

• Experience of at least 2 ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement process.
• Experience of production support with shift lead role.
• Experience of end-to-end installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB, WLS, hibernate JAVA etc.
• Understanding of Oracle revenue management and billing (ORMB) system architecture and functionalities.

• Knowledge of fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

For candidates based out of Chicago, IL, estimated annual compensation will be $76,061 to $120,136.
