We're looking for a Product Manager with deep experience in B2B SaaS, ABM, and analytics-heavy products to own critical product initiatives end-to-end. You will be responsible for driving sprint execution, shaping product strategy, and partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Client Success, and Go-To-Market teams to ship high-impact features. This role reports to the Head of Product, and will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success and Marketing to build an innovative analytics platform.

- Own and run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization for major product areas
- Partner closely with Engineering to design, scope, and deliver new product features from discovery through launch
- Translate complex B2B marketing, ABM, and sales use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap initiatives
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, internal stakeholder feedback, and data analysis
- Work with clients to utilize Octane
11's proprietary data transformation solution to enrich and normalize data within their martech stack for state-of-the-art Account-Based Analytics - Be an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem and in media analytics tools and support integration, setup and operation of multi-channel martech platforms including Email (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), Paid Ads (Google, DV360, You Tube, Linked In, Reddit, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Demandbase, 6
Sense, etc.), Paid and Organic Social (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), Paid Search (Google, Bing), across all formats (mobile, video, audio, DOOH, CTV, etc.) - Provide hands-on support for client questions and feedback across the platforms listed above
- Be a key member of the Product Team, pushing the envelope on building out a world-class, actionable, and cross-channel B2B analytics platform
- Become an expert in Octane
11's proprietary software suite - Champion best practices for product execution, documentation, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and customer impact across the product
- Be a consultant on data visualization and reporting structures for Octane
11 team members - Help identify data discrepancies and possible problems with campaign tracking or reporting infrastructure
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Client Success, Marketing, and Leadership
- Most importantly, help develop a culture and team that seeks to make our clients heroes and strive for greatness every day
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building products for B2B marketing, ABM, revenue, or analytics teams
- Strong understanding of martech and data ecosystems (CRM, paid media, marketing automation, analytics)
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
- Ability to break down complex technical and data-heavy problems into shippable solutions
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SQL (working with large datasets)
- "Can do" attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decisions forward in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Experience with martech APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Linked In, etc.)
- Experience with ABM platforms, attribution, or multi-touch revenue analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce, Linked In Ads, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Demandbase, Reddit, and 6
Sense - Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Familiarity with dbt (data build tool)
- Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Experience with AI tools (Vercel, LLMs, etc.)
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio / Looker)
- Experience scaling product processes at an early-stage or Series A company
