Provide a structured approach to value capture across the deal lifecycle, from pre‑deal technology and operational reviews through "Day‑1" planning and post‑deal implementations.
Manager, IT Infrastructure ServicesResponsibilities include:
- Pre‑acquisition IT diligence assignments covering enterprise architecture, software lifecycle, budgeting, and personnel assessment.
- Merger‑integration and carve‑out planning and execution.
- Day‑1 and 100‑day planning and execution – leading stand‑ups, integrations, and performance improvement of IT infrastructure; tracking progress against objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Performance improvement assignments including cloud migrations and spend optimization.
- Interim I&O management assignments.
- 5‑8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with at least five years in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: solution & enterprise architecture, IT assessment & strategy, IT performance improvement & cost reduction, private‑equity advisory, IT merger integration & carve‑out, business/IT transformation program/project management (e.g., ERP), leading change in supply chain or finance/accounting, IT operations & service management, computing infrastructure design, and Dev Ops/Tech Ops.
- Functional expertise across all towers of IT infrastructure and operations, including compute, storage, hosting strategies, network strategies, end‑user computing, communications, identity & access management, IT service management, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
- Track record of working with business leaders (Directors and above).
- Proven writing skills for polished client‑facing documents.
- Excellent fact‑gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
- Experience designing and supervising change/communications strategy.
- Previous strategy and change management experience at a top‑tier strategy firm or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
