Role OverviewAlbany Beck is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to hire a Business Enablement Lead to support the rollout and scaling of an AI-powered document digitisation capability across global operations teams.
This role will focus on driving onboarding, implementation and optimisation of AI-enabled document processing solutions, working closely with Operations, Business and Technology stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead workshops, define use cases, support workflow configuration and help scale the platform from pilot initiatives into enterprise-wide adoption.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Business Analysis, Operations Transformation or Intelligent Automation experience who enjoys working across stakeholder engagement, process optimisation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within a fast-paced Financial Services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead onboarding and adoption of AI document digitisation solutions across Operations teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define use cases and align delivery timelines.
- Support the configuration of AI-driven document extraction workflows and validation processes.
- Work with Operations and Technology teams to define document ontologies and business rules.
- Guide delivery activities across discovery, setup, testing, UAT and production rollout phases.
- Support accuracy validation and optimisation of document extraction models.
- Act as the key interface between Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
- Deliver stakeholder updates, demos and walkthroughs for senior leadership teams.
- Drive standardisation of onboarding processes, reusable assets and operational frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimisation, automation and scalability.
- Support expansion of the digitisation capability across new business use cases and regions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ROI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Experience working on AI-driven document processing, Intelligent Automation or digitisation initiatives.
- Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into operational or technical workflows.
- Understanding of document extraction, classification and workflow automation concepts.
- Experience managing delivery across multiple project phases including UAT and implementation.
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working within Financial Services or complex operational environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-paced transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR or AI-enabled automation platforms.
- Experience supporting operational transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI workflow configuration or low-code automation platforms.
- Understanding of data validation, governance and operational controls.
- Experience working across Business, Operations and Technology teams.
- Knowledge of scaling automation capabilities across enterprise environments.
