Sr Technology Delivery Consultant

This position is responsible for assisting the delivery lead with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

NOTE:
This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL; WAUKEGAN, IL; TULSA, OK; HELENA, MT; ALBUQUERQUE, NM; or RICHARDSON, TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

• Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
• Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
• Knowledge of GenAI-based application development.
• Experience in Agentic and RAG-based application delivery.
• Experience in AI governance and risk strategy.
• Experience in security standards for AI-based products.
• Business acumen.
• Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.
• Oral & written communications.
• Ability to influence.
• Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive end-user adoption.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.
• Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
• Adaptability / ability to manage change.
• Experience with Reporting tools (Power
  
  BI)
