Senior Product Builder

We’re seeking a Senior Product Builder to own product development for key areas of our business. You’ll combine product strategy, UX/design, and hands‑on engineering to create solutions that improve the lives of drivers, customers, and fellow employee owners.

This is a full‑stack role—from understanding user needs firsthand to shipping code that drives real business outcomes.

• Champion the strategy
  :
  Own and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Nussbaum’s mission.
• Discover real needs
  :
  Validate problems firsthand by riding along with drivers or observing Operations.
• Own the full product lifecycle
  :
  From user research and design to engineering and delivery.
• Operate within a product team
  :
  Contribute to shared design, research, and engineering standards, knowing when to act independently and when to involve a specialist.
• Measure success
  :
  Define clear outcomes and use product sense and data to guide decisions and improvements.

• Monday‑Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Pay Range: $125,000 – $180,000 (please discuss with HR for details)

• Product
  :
  Outcomes-focused mindset; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information; use data to guide decisions.
• UX/Design
  :
  Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma); experience designing user‑centered solutions based on research and customer feedback; understanding of how good design impacts adoption and user satisfaction.
• Engineering
  :
  Solid front‑end and back‑end experience (Angular, .NET preferred).
• AI
  :
  Hands‑on with AI coding agents (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude, and similar tools).

• 5 years+ of Software Engineering, Product Management, or UX Experience.
