About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of Automotive Commerce with our Enterprise Analytics Team. Our Analytics Team is on a mission to accelerate innovation by building and evolving websites analytics infrastructure, digital measurement capabilities, and data strategies that empower our teams and customers to make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.

Our Analytics function is the intelligence layer that powers our entire organization. We own the critical data collection systems, web analytics implementations, and measurement frameworks that fuel insights across multiple Cars Commerce platforms. This work enables our product and business teams with innovative data solutions and self-service capabilities to track, analyze, and act on what matters most.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a direct impact. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to translate bold data goals into reliable, scalable analytics solutions. You will drive best-in-class practices around data collection, observability, tracking integrity, and reporting on thousands of websites' analytics work. As you grow in the role, you'll have the chance to deepen your technical expertise, own larger analytics initiatives, and contribute significantly to our overall data and analytics strategy.

About You

As a Lead Technical Web Analyst (Lead Technical Analyst I), you're a results-driven analytics leader with deep expertise in web analytics, digital measurement, and data infrastructure. You excel at designing and overseeing complex analytics implementations from the ground up, troubleshooting intricate tracking issues, optimizing data collection strategies, and defining best practices for fast-growing teams.

You have a strong grasp of industry trends and analytics engineering best practices, and you make strategic decisions that balance immediate business needs with long-term data integrity. Equally comfortable getting hands-on with implementations or guiding colleagues, you value accuracy, observability, and scalable measurement frameworks as the backbone of trustworthy insights.
