The Marketing Specialist I will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, as well as additional support for email and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role is focused on helping the B2B marketing team achieve its goals of building brand awareness, staying top of mind with customers, and ensuring the optimization of digital campaigns.

The position will involve campaign planning, creative asset development, budget tracking, performance monitoring, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and manage campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Meta. Coordinate creative asset needs with internal stakeholders and traffic with agency partners. Implement audience targeting, budget pacing, and campaign optimizations. Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Execute ABM campaign components, including audience uploads, campaign setup, and targeting.

Support email and digital campaigns to drive business development efforts. Review competitor digital campaigns and summarize key channel and messaging insights. Track campaign performance and compile results for reporting purposes. Present campaign insights and performance results to stakeholders, including Director and Managing Director levels.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media, email, or campaign execution. Experience working in at least one major ad platform (Google, Linked In, Meta). Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in tracking performance and reporting results. Detail-oriented and organized working style with the ability to follow established processes and collaborate across teams. Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on email management and presentation building.

Ability to articulate actionable conclusions from multiple data points and projects. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with B2B marketing.

Working experience with media/creative agencies (client or agency side). Salesforce CRM experience. Account-based marketing (ABM) experience.

Pay Range: $30-34 per hour The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
