You will leverage your extensive Charles River (CRD) expertise to design, implement, and support cutting‑edge investment management solutions. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will configure workflows based on client requirements, manage seamless integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to the Charles River (CRD) platform, all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment. Your deep technical knowledge of Charles River (CRD), combined with strategic leadership, will drive multiple high‑impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post‑trade functions.

As a platform owner and delivery leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure Charles River (CRD) solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s strategic vision. This role blends hands‑on project leadership with the opportunity to shape the long‑term roadmap within a dynamic and rapidly growing investment organization.

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Charles River (CRD) SaaS implementations and enhancement projects end‑to‑end, from requirements through deployment and stabilization
• Lead Charles River (CRD) SaaS migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teams
• Define the Charles River (CRD) SaaS, CRD Next Gen IBOR and Alpha Data Platform (ADP) implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance
• Drive and oversee Charles River (CRD) SaaS platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules
• Document Charles River Client provided use‑cases into a use‑case catalogue
• Review asset class workflows provided by Charles River Client to support organization of asset class prioritization plans within the Project Plan
• Assist Charles River Client with creating/maintaining project key issue tracker to log & triage issues, liaising with Charles River implementation and support teams to coordinate and drive for issue resolution
• Assist Client and Charles River vendor with Governance reports (including status meeting updates, upcoming period deliverables, past due project items, percent task completion, and identifying responsible parties)
• Project Closure Report including Charles River Client sign‐offs of the deliverables at the end of the project
• Manage a team of business analysts, technical/configuration analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and professional development opportunities
• Lead cross‑functional communication between front, middle and back‑office teams, translating complex technical topics into clear business language
• Promote best practices in system configuration, change management and delivery methodology ensuring consistent project execution across teams
