Oracle Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Expert with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Planning (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Essbase ASO and BSO architectures
, advanced scripting capabilities, and hands‑on experience with integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation across multiple enterprise systems.

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS) solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy scripts.
• Demonstrate expertise in Essbase ASO and BSO concepts, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Create, execute, and troubleshoot Windows batch scripts for EPM automation processes.
• Monitor, execute, and troubleshoot EPM batch jobs and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies across EPM, source systems, and downstream reporting platforms.
• Perform data reconciliation between Oracle EPM, Snowflake, SAP, and other integrated systems.
• Write and troubleshoot Snowflake SQL queries to support data validation and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to investigate and resolve integration and data flow issues, including SAP CFIN environments.
• Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support production releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve system reliability and resolve production issues.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS)
• Deep expertise in Essbase ASO and BSO cubes
• Experience with EPM Automate scripting
• Advanced knowledge of calculation scripts and Groovy scripting
• Performance tuning and optimization experience

• Proficiency in Windows batch scripting
• Experience executing and troubleshooting EPM batch processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Snowflake SQL skills
• Experience supporting SAP CFIN integrations and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies
• Experience with change management processes
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, controls, and audit support

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
