Salesforce Administrator

• 5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience
• Advanced expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Data Cloud, Commerce, and Communities experience is a plus)
• Strong experience designing and managing complex Salesforce configurations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer‑focused mindset
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple priorities and working in fast‑paced environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools such as Tableau or OBIEE is a plus

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., Mule Soft), or similar tools
• Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein for Service, or other generative AI technologies
• Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle Advanced Pricing or Oracle Channel Revenue Management

• Lead administration and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and scalability
• Manage and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet evolving business needs
• Design and implement scalable data models, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types
• Build and maintain Lightning components including Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), validation rules, workflows, and Lightning pages
• Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights and track KPIs
• Manage data migration and integration activities using tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Administer user access, roles, profiles, and security settings to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Salesforce users, resolving complex issues efficiently
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training
• Conduct regular data audits and cleansing activities, ensuring adherence to data governance standards
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, identifying and implementing improvements
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems or third‑party applications
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to end users and junior administrators
• Manage Salesforce‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
