Project Manager

This role is a 1 yr contract assignment with a pay rate range $30-33hr

We are seeking a Campaign Delivery Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise communications initiatives. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring projects are effectively managed from intake through execution while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple work streams simultaneously, and has experience coordinating complex communications or marketing-related projects. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and Workfront expertise are essential for success in this role.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery of communications initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and resource capacity across multiple concurrent projects
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and intent owners to gather requirements and facilitate project execution
• Lead project reviews, status updates, timeline adjustments, and risk mitigation efforts throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Monitor project health and proactively identify, elevate, and resolve roadblocks
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to drive alignment and execution
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the lifecycle
• Utilize Workfront to manage workflows, project tracking, reporting, and status visibility
• Leverage Slack and other collaboration tools to support daily communication and project coordination

• 3+ years of project management, campaign delivery, marketing operations, or related experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience partnering with senior-level business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion
• Advanced proficiency with Workfront (required)
• Experience using Slack and other collaboration tools
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities
