UX​/UI developer

We' re seeking an experienced UX/UI Consultant. As a seasoned UX/UI developer, you''''ll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our web applications. Keys to the job are strong design, Usability Testing, Prototyping, Test Documentation, and UI. This will require Mon-Wed on site in downtown Chicago. All resumes must include a portfolio.

• Develop initial design concepts, wireframes, and solutions that meet business objectives and user need
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring design solutions meet user expectation
• Create detailed UX deliverables, including process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specification
• Conduct user testing and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and usability finding
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers, to ensure seamless implementation of design specification
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solution
