Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product vision.

Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

Use data, user insights, and analytics to optimize design decisions.

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.

Ensure high-quality implementation by working closely with engineering teams.

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

>>
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

>> 10+ years of professional experience in UIUX design.

>>
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and end-to-end design ownership.

>>
Expertise in UX research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

>>
Advanced proficiency in tools:
Figma (preferred), Adobe XD Sketch, Prototyping tools (Framer, Axure, InVision).

>>
Deep understanding of design systems and scalability, responsive and mobile-first design, accessibility standards (WCAG).

>>
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

>>
Experience with Agile Scrum environments.

>>
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
