Solutions Architect

We're seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud (OCI) Solutions Architect to help build, optimize, and support a large-scale Oracle cloud ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating as both a strategic architect and hands-on technical contributor, partnering closely with implementation teams while ultimately taking ownership of the cloud environment.

This position will play a key role in the architecture, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion applications.

• Review, validate, and influence Oracle Cloud Infrastructure architecture and design decisions
• Configure and manage OCI environments, including compute, networking, identity and access management (IAM), and connectivity
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Partner with business and technical teams supporting Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, ERP, and EPM
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable
• Drive knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition to long-term operational ownership
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization across the environment
• Serve as a subject matter expert for OCI and Oracle integrations

• 8+ years of cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or infrastructure experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP, EPM)
• Experience with OCI networking, IAM, compartments, compute, and connectivity
• Experience supporting HR and payroll-related integrations
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and networking concepts
• Experience partnering with large system integrators or consulting firms
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and operate effectively in evolving environments

• Experience transitioning environments from implementation to steady-state operations
• Experience building internal ownership models following large-scale implementations

• OCI Architect Certification (Associate or Professional) required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
