Job Title: UCaaS Migration Analyst

Rate: $42 /hr on C2C

ROLE TITLES: UCaaS Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting discovery efforts related to the migration of Unified Communications services from Ring Central and Ring Central Contact Center to AJG’s Microsoft Teams. The analyst will serve as a liaison between internal collaborators and AJG, to gather technical and operational requirements, document current-state configurations, and support for a seamless transition.

• Discovery & Documentation:
  Conduct discovery sessions with AJG and internal teams to gather requirements and assess current RC/RC Contact Center configurations. Document call flows, auto attendants, user profiles, integration, and API dependencies. Review and complete Business Requirements Documents, Letters of Agency, and user upload templates.
• Migration Planning Support:
  Collaborate with AJG and Ring Central project managers to define migration scope, timelines, and resource needs. Identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies. Assist in porting number coordination and user provisioning.
• Partners Coordination:
  Serve as the point of contact for discovery-related communications between Assured Partners and AJG. Coordinate with Contact Center administrators, IT support engineers, and API owners to ensure readiness.
• Reporting & Communication:
  Maintain status reports and discovery logs. Provide regular updates to project leadership and escalated blockers as needed.

• Strong understanding of Ring Central MVP, Contact Center platforms and Microsoft Teams Phone
• Experience with UCaaS migrations into Microsoft Teams, including number porting, call flow mapping, and user provisioning
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments
• Proficient in engaging with multiple team members and prioritizing effectively

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms and environments
• Project coordination or business analyst background
