Job Overview
Technical Recruiter – 6 month contract to support high‑growth Agentforce and AI organization t identify, engage, and hire senior customer‑facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains.
Location & ScheduleHybrid schedule – minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Your Impact- Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
- Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
- Deliver best‑in‑class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data‑driven approach.
- 6+ years recruiting experience (agency and/or in‑house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting or professional services organizations.
- Proven success recruiting for complex, customer‑facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms and solution architecture functions.
- Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking and competitive intelligence strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with Workday, Linked In Recruiter, Gem, Slack, Good Time and Google Workspace preferred.
- Ability to work in office minimum 3 days per week.
- Experience recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture or professional services organizations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies or adjacent enterprise platforms.
- Experience hiring senior technical advisors who engage directly with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Base salary range $75,000 – $113,500 annually. In select cities (San Francisco and NYC metro) $90,200 – $124,000 annually.
- Range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity or benefits.
