Client seeks Digital Marketing Specialist to make a difference in rapidly evolving digital landscape. Client is committed to continuing professional education for staff.

Candidate Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related studies.
- 4-5 years of practical, hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Committed to continuous learning, creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency with AI platforms, ideally within B2B or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, digital advertising, content marketing & email marketing.
- Strong analytic skills, curious and creative problem-solver.
- Able to intercept performance data & translate insights into recommendations.
- Adapts to changing technologies.
- Organized, strong communication skills, manages multiple priorities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen. Authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Works fully onsite & travels between site locations, as needed.
- Manage brand consistency on digital marketing channels: AI-driven zero-click search, paid search, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and company website. Work in 4 person dept. Report to Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales & Commercial to align marketing programs and business objectives.
- Lead evaluations of expanding marketing and maintaining competitive advantage through AI, new search & media paradigms.
- Leverage analytic tools to personalize content and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital channel and campaign performances to identify trends, evaluate ROI, and optimize programs.
- Time breakout: depending on priorities
- 50% social media
- 50% website, email campaigns
- Work Hours:
7:30-8:00 am (arrival) to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- $65,000 – 96,000 + Profit sharing + Employee stock ownership plan

Estimated pay range is lowest and highest range. Client in good faith, believes they would pay for this role, at this posting time. Client ultimately may pay more or less than posted range. Actual base pay offered to candidate depends on various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location, prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
