SAP Practice Head; Enterprise Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Grow the SAP consulting and services business in the SAP Enterprise Asset Management space and adjacencies, measured by portfolio revenue growth.
• Proactively engage in consultative selling, converting business challenges into IT enablement solutions.
• Formulate solutions to meet the unique business needs of clients and effectively position them.
• Manage CXO-level relationships with strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
• Work effectively with offshore-based pre-sales teams to shape value propositions, consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations.
• Lead generation through alliances, marketing, and professional networks.
• Communicate best practices to clients and act as a trusted advisor.

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in consulting or professional services around SAP technology, with exposure to the latest SAP suite: S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, Platform Migrations, Modernization concepts, AMS.
• Strong exposure to asset-heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, and Process Manufacturing.
• Understanding of Geo Spatial Technology/Integration is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and functional skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships and leading them to multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Professional customer network is preferred.
• Exposure to a global delivery model.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a matrix organization.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000 to $375,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
