Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 to $.

Position Details

Reporting to the Manager of Programmatic Media, the Senior Programmatic Media Specialist will support day‑to‑day biddable digital media strategy development, budget planning, campaign activation, optimization, analysis and reporting. You will represent the Programmatic Media team across functional business partners such as Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Search, Mass Media, Corporate Analytics, Testing and Optimization, and Customer Strategy. As the Senior Programmatic Media Specialist you will primarily focus on programmatic campaign management across display, paid social and You Tube.

You will also represent the channel in end‑to‑end planning, optimization and management of new marketing projects and facilitate the communication, development, and follow‑up on actions items with our core internal business partners and external platform partners. The results of these efforts will be a key contribution to the success of the Programmatic Media team and align closely to drive the core objectives of the broader Grainger business.

  • Responsible for in‑house programmatic strategy development, campaign activation and optimization across key buying platforms (Meta, DV360, etc)
  • Manages the official Grainger accounts across key social media and programmatic buying platforms
  • Creates customer centric goals and KPIs for our programmatic campaigns to align with our overall marketing and business objectives
